cannot find a way to complaint the service

I was ordered sprocket one month ago. And the package was delivered to someone I don't know, who is not in my house. Then, for the next one month, I keep contacting DPD (logistic service), they said to investigate and gave the case back to HP. Okay, then I contact the HP about it. Firstly, HP service just told me the tracking information I CAN SEE. They said your package was delivered and they don't give a **bleep** about my care. After one week later (I contacted them during this time), they said to investigate through the logistics team and ask me to wait. Then, another week passed, nothing happened. Since over 5 weeks I was ordered; but now, I don't get a refund or rearrange. Seriously, this is the most terrible experience I have ever had. For myself, I will never buy anything from HP, there are so many choices, why I made a mistake on this. I am so regretful for this shopping experience.

You take details of your payment, then details of the Delivery note.


Who signed for it at what address.  Politely go and ask for it.


Try the  Citizens Advice Bureau in your area.  Try Trading Standards in your area.




Remember that if you buy another PC from another maker they may well use the same parcel deliverer.


If in doubt please ask.
