my sprocket app won't send me an email with a password reset.

If you're not receiving a password reset email for the HP Sprocket app, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue.

 

  • Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, password reset emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders in your email account.
  • Ensure Correct Email Address: Double-check that you are entering the correct email address associated with your HP Sprocket account.
  • Resend the Email: Try requesting the password reset email again. Sometimes there may be a delay or an issue with the initial request.
  • Check Email Filters: Ensure that your email filters are not blocking the email. Add the HP Sprocket app’s email address to your contacts or safe senders list to prevent it from being blocked.
  • Try a Different Browser/Device: If you're requesting the reset email from a browser, try using a different one or using the HP Sprocket app on a different device.
  • Wait for a While: Occasionally, email servers can be slow. Give it some time and check again after a while.
  • Update the App: Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Sprocket app installed. Sometimes updating the app can resolve unexpected issues.
