sprocket plus print slightly striped

Hello

I gave to my spouse the sprocket plus for xmas

We made 15 prints but in all prints a slight striping is always present

The first 10 prints was from paper in printer box and the last 5 prints was from another pack of paper.

I have already tried all suggestion available in HP website but the striping is always there 😞

I am sad because that was supposed to be a cool gift but quality of prints is not good.

Is there anything I can do to solve this problem ?

the problem is that in Italy I cannot find a way to contact hp other than this forum 😞

i have entered the serial number of the printer but the hp website tells me:

"HP non fornisce più assistenza per questo prodotto.

È possibile cercare eventuali soluzioni su questo sito Web dell'assistenza."

but I have bought the printer just two weeks ago 😞

do you have any direct contact to suggest me ?

honestly all this is very frustrating !
