Good afternoon,
My spocket plus printer is not working. I have hardly never used it and it is not turning on. I have let it charging the hole day and, when I have a green light indicating that it is charged, I try to turn it on and it does not work. I already tried reseting it and it isn´t working as well. I would much appreciate support on this, as I almost never used this printer and it isn´t working already.
