Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
Hi, i tried to print with my new Sprocket 100 however was unable to print well.
I have already done the following:-
- i used the printer paper provided in the new unit
- i fully charged the unit
- i had updated with the newest firmware
- cleaned the rollers with the blue paper provided
- reset the reset button
However the results were all the same. the photos are as attached. Please help!
