My sprocket 200 won’t connect to my phone. I’ve tried everything including resetting the printer, turning off my phone, and deleting and redownloading the app. In addition to this problem, I’ve left my printer charging for 3 days and it is still blinking red. I’ve tried different plugins and everything. Nothing seems to be working. I just got this printer brand new for Christmas and I’d enjoy help. Thank you!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Which phone do you have?

  1. Make sure the Sprocket is on and your mobile device is connected to the Internet.

  2. On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app.

  3. Tap the Menu icon , and then tap sprocket.

  4. Tap Manage Printers, make sure your Sprocket is selected, and then tap Printer Settings.

  5. Look for a firmware upgrade.

    • If a firmware upgrade displays, tap Get Firmware Upgrade, and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

    • If a firmware upgrade option does not display, the firmware is up-to-date.

If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-sprocket-200-printer-series/21625473/document/c05938618 and https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-sprocket-200-printer-series/21625473/document/c05937610
