Operating System: iOS 12 - 12.0.1

I can not hook my sprocket. My old phone it was connected too no longer works and I can not get it Hook up to my iPhone 8 Plus. Not sure what I am doing wrong please help. Thank you

Hello to you, and  welcome to this forum. I am the happy owner of a Sprocket plus myself, and found it to be a great little product. I feel that I have had a similar problem, when I tried to pair one of my devices with my Sprocket when another device already was paired with it. It didn't work, and then I found in the manual that it cannot be paired to more than one device at the same time. So I suggest you remove it from the device you don't need any  more, and then pair your sprocket with the device you intend to use in the future.
