Hello Vertical line appears on my HP Sprocket Select Eclipse using original zink paper have read other posts and done everything like updating and reseting. dont know what to do now, i realy like the product but it now makes a white line. and after doing the cleaning thing with show on this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZ2U-1U7YfU video i now got horizontal lines
