Cannot connect hp sprout pro with windows 10 to sprout marketplace, says no connection.
Done a complete recovery losing all my data and still will not connect, followed leads on changing browser and still will not connect to marketplace, beginning to wonder if this machine has anything to offer than a long drawn out headache with half baked apps, I have a ten year old computer with an i7 processor running fine, this was supposed to be an improvement but so far disheartening.
Cannot gain access to apps from marketplace.

Now been three weeks and still no change to the sprout marketplace, just displays Marketplace needs an active internet connection, anyone know what is going on?
Every update has been done, support assistant states no updates, windows has updated so what is it?
Any help appreciated.
