Product: Sprout Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just wanted to find out if anyone has come across this issue I am having. I was trying to install Cad and when I tried to activate the application, it could not do it. Because of this I tried to upgrade to the latest Windows 10 version and I could not do this either. Error is telling me that I do not have internet access. The problem is that i do have internet access but trying these two thing tells me I do not. I also get the same results, either wired or wireless. Very wierd. Any ideas?
