I'm chasing from a month on my raised issue: 5069795636, which is regarding the mismatch date of my additional warranty.
I haven't received any email or call from any support person. And whenever I'm trying to reach them for the same, they always give the same answer "Your log is in the queue, will reply to you in next 48hrs".
Not sure which 48hours are they claiming about.
Also, what is the TAT of the issue closure? How can I get to the escalation point?
