I have a  HP Sprout G2 and a HP Capture stage turntable. Unfortunately the turntable won't work in the HP 3D Scan Pro 5 software. The turntable is recognized by the Sprout and the software and driver seem to have installed correctly. When starting HP 3D Scan Pro 5 software the turntable will light up (white led) and rotates a few times.Then stops and switches to orange led. When I want to scan a model and select the turntable, a dialog will appear that the turntable has no power. I have checked all the 4 USB 3.0 ports for charging. Have tried two different original cables for the turntable.Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong? Thanks.
