Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all,

 

I just bought the above pc in the UAE and currently I am back home in congo;  while I was downloading and installing  the clock updates , my pc just turned went off and it is not tuning on anymore.

 

i have tried plugging the charger thinking the battery got discharged, but this could not resolve the issue.

 

can someone help me?
