Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven't used the workspace or pad in several months. I plugged it in today and the workspace will not start. The pad will not come on no matter what I do. I have reinstalled the workspace and also updated Windows. Please advise.

Please hold Shift button on the keyboard + Shutdown in Windows. After booting up again, check for yellow bangs in Device Manager and make sure both monitor and the 2nd display (touchmat) shows in the Windows Display settings.
