i lost my laptop bill.my product was bought last DEC 2021 and its under warranty period.can i get a duplicate bill and where should i conduct inorder to get the duplicate bill?

first of all you need the following information of your notebook:

( You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters )

- full product name 

- product number (p/n)

- The seller/shop will ask you the serial number, too. This is sensitive data, that cannot be posted here in the public community, but you will need this information when you talk to the seller/shop

 

Where did you bought the notebook ?
