when I bought the HP Envy 360, it works for like 4 months and I started facing the problem in school. Anytime when am using it, the screen has gone off for so many days and yet still but the board is working fine

The model "HP Envy 360" is not specific enough. Please provide the product ID
Did it come with 11?
Was upgraded to 11?
Was designed for 11?
Still in warrantee?
all these need to be answered and the product ID is needed.
