I ordered by priority on December 1 and is still processing. I just wanna know why I feel like wasted my money on the shipping.

True - it is a tough time of year to get anything "fast".
"Why"
I think you feel like you wasted money on fast shipping is because you did not get fast shipping, after all.
We cannot intervene for you -- Our HP Community is not associated with the HP Store or any HP Store services.
If you can get through, contact the HP Store Customer Service department and ask for help.
