Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C8AV)

Hi so I got a new cpu cooler but It didn’t work because my motherboard doesn’t support that cpu cooler. And my cpu has been getting really hot recently so I was gonna use thermal paste and a new cpu cooler which didn’t work. If anyone can answear my question that Im about to say right now I would appriciate it. Alright my question is. What good cpu cooler support my motherboard (HP 8609).

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Have you updated the Bios? If not click here and select your current OS and update the bios.

 

And about the CPU cooler, you will need additional support from our internal teams in HP.
