Non funzionano le app HP

Salve, ho acquistato2 computer Hp 250 g7, uno comprato di recente, Quello più recente ha le app HP più recente, come ad esempio myHP, come faccio ad aggiornare queste app di defoult sul mio altro portatile 250 g7
