Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Sur mon clavier wifi les trois touches du son (on-off, + ,- ) ne fonctionnent plus ; si je suis en plein écran, je n'ai plus accès au réglage du son. Toutes les aitres touches fonctionnent correctement (la preuve, j'écris..). Quelqu'un a-t-il  une idée de solution ?

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64 Bits)
On my wifi keyboard the three sound keys (on-off, +, -) no longer work; if I am in full screen, I no longer have access to the sound adjustment. All the ares hit correctly (the proof, I write ..). Does anyone have any idea for a solution?
