SPROUT PRO BY HP g1 and ACTIVE PEN

good morning
I recently purchased a SPROUT PRO BY HP g1x73ea. I would like to know if this model is compatible with an HP ACTIVE PEN (in the package there is a simple stylus pen jot pen) and possibly know which model is compatible with this computer.

The HP Sprout Pro G2 has compatibility with an active pen/stylus. The HP Sprout Pro does not have a published compatibility with active pen/stylus.

I have paired the pen with the Sprout (via bluetooth) but only the button is working (triggers the draw menu), but the pen doesn't draw within any of the apps.

any ideas?

Try the Microsoft's Windows Ink Workspace app.

It is available in Windows 10 Professional.

Click on the search icon next to the Windows icon and type in Ink. See the icons that appear above.
