This forum appears to have been abandoned by HP - but as Support can't seem to answer any questions about the Sprout, I'll give it a shot anyway. Thank you in advance to any user who can help me with my question.
With the first generation Sprout and Sprout Pro, it appears from what I can gather that the 2d capture software is able to scan mutiple objects on the touch mat simultaneously, which are then automatically cropped and treated as seperate image files. My first question is: is this correct?
If so, my second question is: is there any way to do this on the G2? Right now, whenever I capture multiple objects, they are treated as one image file. The background is automatically removed, but you can't seperate the objects you've captured without first cutting them out of the image and saving them one by one using third party software.
It appears to be a major downgrade - so it would be great if anyone knows of a work around. Care to comment HP?
Thanks!
