The Window 10 upgrade/update is on auto. Since the last update, the Sprout Workspace application cannot start. The last update installed was Update for Window 10 Version 1607 for x64 based system no KB4013418, KB4013429 and KB3150513

There are a few of us feeling your pain. If you look above at the thread titled: "Cannot start workspace, etc" you'll see others experiencing the same issue and the general agreement about the best solution we've come up with. Please let us know how you make out.
