We have powered off our Sprout PC for the weekand and this morning when we press the power button, nothing happens. There is electricity at the input of the sprout that I can see the green power led is on.
Try holding the shift key whilst you press and hold the power button for approximatley 30 seconds.
Unplug from the mains and leave it for a further 30 seconds.
Reconnect to the mains and try to power on again. If you still have the same issue, you most likely have a hardware failure and should contact your local HP support centre.
