Product: Sprout
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not trying to make anyone feel bad, especially since I have done my share of suffering, but my original Sprout is running with the version of Windows 10 listed in the title.  Every time I upgrade Windows, I go through the same pain:  Sprout Service is missing, Workplace can't load, etc., etc., etc.  When Workplace does load, the scan or capture or something doesn't work, and I don't know where "Sprout Create" is.

 

Every time, I sit around doing the same thing: turn the computer off and on, restart the computer, push all the buttons over and over again.  Eventually, things start running, for no reason that I can see.  I am happy it finally runs correctly, but why do we have to go through this nonsense?  Crap !

 

There's been discussion here about doing clean reloads, etc., etc.  I might suggest the following instead: if your computer still runs, keep updating it.  Also, just sit there and power up and down and restart.  Maybe the magic will happen.

 

Those of us with the original Sprout should not be abandoned.  The new Sprout looks cool, but I spent my fortune on the original.
