23-S010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After a full day of troubleshooting, backups and installing, my Sprout (23-S010) touchpad functions after months of not being recognized by Windows 10.
The Sprout Workspace operates nearly seamlessly with the marketplace not functional (perhaps due to HP decision).
What I did:
Full backup then a factory recovery to Windows 8.1.
Update the Sprout Workspace and other updates.
Using a USB with the latest Windows 10 build (1803), performed an in place upgrade to Windows 10.
Once complete, launched the Sprout Workspace and watched how everything worked (touchmat included).
It’s now fully operational

Let me know if this helps you 🙂
