Brand new S6500: battery light blinks for a few seconds when plugged in for charging the first time and then nothing happens. No light to indicate that the device is charging and it doesn't turn on. I've used the same charger on other devices and it works so it's not the charger. I've moved the switch to on and off on the bottom of the device and nothing happens. My son also received the same speaker in new condition and has the same problem. Neither one works.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
