My Sprout came with a wireless mouse and a wireless keyboard. The mouse worked fine but the keyboard never did.

Batteries are replaced twice with brand new and made sure they were inserted correctly.

Tried to use the "Connect" button at the back (long and short press).. Nothing happened.

MOdel : ERK-321A


Since there is no dongle on the computer (i think so), i cant "match" computer and keyboard. Is there a procedure i need to follow ?


Please advise 


PS. Windows 10 atm, even though never worked with 8.1 either.

Mouse works fine.

Install all updates. It happened to me and I did that and it was fixed.

Sorry to hear you are having issies with your KB. FYI ther IS a USB Dongle on the bottom left side behind screen and sometimes you have to hold the 'connect' button on kb for 20-30 sec close the that area. On my unit i've had to do it a few time to get 'syncd' ( best test is to press "windows Key' )
