Product: Hp Sprout Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I've gone thru web sites looking for a solution to why 3d capture doesn't work.   I've upgrade workspace, and drivers.  Still its a no go.   I just keep getting 'unable to configure sprout for 3d capture'.  Any ideas.

Please list the Windows version and Sprout Platform/Sprout Workspace versions. Where do you see that message? Are there any yellow bangs in Device Manager?

Hi, I'm waiting for the USB key from HP with the Sprout OS, so I can upload ISO to SCCM.
