Hi,

My HP Pavilion X360 Convertible 14-ba 1xx Notebook active pen works not correctly, i  can't draw straight line,  strokes  are not accurate and  are shaky. My old tablet has a wacom digitizer stylus and works perfectly, but HP Active pen be alienated me from my HP Notebook.

All drivers have been Updated and referred Active pen troubleshooting page but cant resolve it

Hello @delorean84

Could you give more details please?

Is this a brand new computer and brand new pen or was it working already until recently?

Please state the full product number of the PC.

Which Pen are you using...  SPS no. or product number.

OK delorean84

Thanks.

I assume the batteries are good, sometimes even batteries that ship with a product can be bad.

Only thing I can offer is to contact HP Support directly and see if they will replace the pen.

There shouldnt be anything special to do to get the pen to work properly.
