Hi:

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure, means that the hard drive is about to fail, or has failed, needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you want to save onto a portable hard drive.

Then replace the hard drive.  You may want to consider purchasing a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the hard drive R & R procedure.

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable USB W10 installer.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
