sono titolare del tablet codice serie [edit]acquistato qualche anno fa e non più in garanzia. Ora se non lo collego sempre alla corrente il tablet si spegne.conviene sostituire la batteria?che costo ha? Grazie

I own a tablet hp purchased a few years ago and no longer under warranty. Now if I don't always connect it to the power the tablet will turn off. Should I replace the battery? What is the cost? Thank you

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in getting the battery replaced.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
