Battery Exploeded in my HP Zeen

HP Recommended
HP eStation Zeen

I noticed that my HP zeen was open and had separated  and came to the conclusion that the battert inside must have exploded, now I am unable to use my printer to it's full capacity.   Is  there a way to still be able to use my printer functions without the zeen?  Please advise on a solution.  Thanks

@MG-410

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Will they contact me through my personal email so I know to keep an eye out there?

HP will do absolutely nothing for you. This product should have been recalled and buyers given their money back.

You’re out of luck.

I’ll never buy another HP product - they’ve lost a lifelong customer over this.
