Battery in my Zeen exploded

HP Recommended
Zeen and PS eStation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Zeen has also suffered the same fate as others. Please HP, help me with my device.

HP will do absolutely nothing for you. This product should have been recalled and buyers given their money back.

You’re out of luck.

I’ll never buy another HP product - they’ve lost a lifelong customer over this.
