I tried below options still issue exist. and but charging possible when after shutdown with orange light.

1. Unplug power & Uninstall battery options fromDevice manager

2. Restart.

3. i have a inbuilt non removable battery but still i try to remove battery connection and try to use with direct plug connection, and unfortunatly it will not on my lap. this model will not work without battery.

 

anyone can help me to solve this??

I see that you're experiencing an issue with the battery "plugged in not charging" and I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. 

 

Let's try this steps: 

Firstly, let's update the bios from here

Also, you can try with an alternate adapter as the issue is caused due to a power fluctuation and/or adapter malfunction.

Hi Thanks for your mail.

 

and i tried bios update, but still the problem exist. why there is no any quick fix? and i heared this problem is because of windows update? is that right? as a HP coustomer, we are choosing a high configuration system and facing this kind of problems? its bit hurts. will be a great thing if you can support on this please.

To get the answer to this question, NO! windows update will not cause any problem and this sounds like a built-in battery related issue and to help you out, I'm sending out a Private message with the reset instructions,
