My battery suddenly stopped charging is this a common issue and how do I fix it ?

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Did you check with an alternate power cord or another wall outlet?

Also, did you run a test on the battery? If not, click here for steps.
