Please help me as a black screen is showing with a cursor. I have tried ctrl+alt+ delete not came and also called a task manager via cmd to initiate explorer.exe through shell regjstry but on restarting it again switch back to some long ".../k cmd" command value.

Also reset the bios but no luck. Checked system tune-up , Checked run in test, Checked Hard drive Quick test. All showing passed. System restore can't solve the problem. Thought to backup and reinstall the windows but showing only D:\ drive.

Moreover all of my C:\ drive files and folders are now showing under D:\ drive. Desktop and files under Downloads are not showing.

Please help me I do not want to lose my data.
