Both my tablet, and keyboard are fully charged; but I am unable to sync my keyboard and tablet via Bluetooth.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried connecting your keyboard with another device?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
