Can we send photos to HP photo frame from our computer rather than Cell phone?

We have just purchased an HP photo frame Model DF1050TW and successfully have downloaded the app on cell phones to send pictures to the photo frame.  It works great.  We are wondering if we can send pictures from our computers?  Is there software we can load on to do so?
