To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the computer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
While you respond to that, try these steps -
To customize how closed captions appear in Windows and some Windows apps, select the Start button, then select Settings > Ease of Access > Closed captions. Select the settings you want and see how they appear in Preview.
