According to what I can find, Gigaset 110 is an Android phone (so not iPhone).

Phone has to have a sim card, yes?  Else it is not a "whole phone"

Assuming is it just translation trouble and that you phone is functional, has wireless, and runs recent version of Android,

then

Printer can probably connect using HP Wireless Direct.  Wireless Direct does not require a router and uses the printer "on board" wireless card to communicate with your other Wireless device (phone).

Read about how to connect using Wireless Direct in the User Guide
