Cracked Palm Pre Plus Screen - Can I retrieve my data?

HP Recommended

I think I dropped my phone one too many times.  I have hailine cracks that start at the bottom of the screen.  I can't launch or gesture.  My app icons don't respond.  I can't swipe away notifications.  I have done a soft reset (power down), a hard reset (moved the ringer button back and forth three times while pressing down on the power button), and I've removed and replaced the battery.

I want to retrieve my data, but when I connect my phone via USB, I can't select "USB" b/c my screen isn't responding to my touch.

Verizon has told me that my device does not have a Backup option.

Does anyone know how I can retrieve my info?  I can't believe how much data I have lost...

Thank you!

To access the USB mode via the keyboard, press these three keys down together at once:

Option + Sym + U

This should grant you access to the USB drive in the phone.

I thought all webOS phones have the "Backup" app that sends all the data to "the cloud".  Did you not see this app on the phone?
