DELETE USER ACCOUNT

Hello! I am trying to reset my Compaq tc4200 to factory settings. I have tried repeatedly pushing both F10 and F11 (separate times) when starting the computer. I have also tried going to the control panel and have created a new account (so that the new user will not have access to my information), however, there is no option to delete my administrator account.I do not have the original CD that goes with the tablet. Any help is much appreciated! I am also happy to try to figure out the operating system if anyone can provide directions about how to do that! Many thanks!

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are trying to perform system recovery and you do not have the disc.
