@17-by1053DX Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to add the hard drive to your computer.

This product supports dual configuration.

Dual storage FonƭgurDtions (7th and 8th generation Intel Core processors):

  • 256 GB, PCIe, solid-state drive + 1 TB, 5400 rpm hard drive
  • 256 GB, SATA-3, TLC, solid-state drive + 1 TB, 5400 rpm hard drive
  • 128 GB, SATA-3, TLC, solid-state drive + 1 TB, 5400 rpm hard drive

To purchase the hard drive you can contact our HP Shopping team or you can contact our Phone support.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
