Product: Example: HP Notebook 2000 PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a download virus aka loop virus . I need  to get instructions on how to remove this download virus. Recent results please; when I did check the options everything that I checked was from 2017 and back. I use Google Chrome as my browser. Problems: when trying to open attachments in emails and also using my internet browser, the browser continues to open multiple tabs while flashing until I have to do a hard crash the same thing happens when downloading attachments from within and email extremely frustrating not to mention it's clogging up my computer! I have tried to use the Google Chrome removal instructions and that did not work. I am looking for a FREE software that accurately does work!!  Please I need your help!:)
