HP Elite X3
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After update to Build 15252 I cant login with Finger Print.

The scanner works as when I go to Settings/Sign In Options the scanner works and I can add new Fingerprints.

Have a few Questions:

- After you initially use our PIN after a reboot does the fingerprint scanner work?

- After you create new fingerprints in your account does the fingerprint scanner work?

- If not, Can you provide your FW ID?

Thanks,

Rick

Hi ,

For this issue with the above Troubleshooting steps, you can also try the complete unit reset .

Which might solve this permanently.
