Product: Elite x3 phone

My Elite x3 has Window 10 OS.

I have been trying to set my notifications to make a sound when I receive and email. 

In the Setting of my Outlook Mail app, under Notifications, there is an option for "Play a sound", but this option is greyed out. 
Is there any way to turn it on?
