Enter Administrative Password or Power On Password

HP Recommended
HP Stream 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I power on my HP Stream

 

All I see is a black screen with a blue box asking for "Enter Administrative Password or Power on Password" 

 

I have tried all the passwords I normally use, with no success, after my third attempt I get a blue box stating:

 

System Diabled

i - 74471155

 

I can not do anything else, HELP!!

I understand you are getting BIOS administrator password error on your PC.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

As you mentioned you have forgotten the BIOS administrator password for your PC.

 

It looks like you have system board needs tattooing. 

 

Please contact HP support and get the service options.
