Without knowing that my HDD was almost full, i dowbloaded a big File which resulted in some window-popup error. I cant rembeber what it Said but after that i got this blue screen telling me 0xc0000225. On this screen there was a recovery option but clicking that did just get me back to the blue error screen over and over.

I am at the moment doing a system extensive test. I was afraid that something happened to my harddrive but the test seems to pass.

OS is win10.

Can someone please help me?

@Lok3

Welcome to HP support community.

Did run the test completely?

If yes, what is the test result?

Meanwhile:

Try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

If the test passes, I would suggest you perform a recovery on your PC using the recovery kit. If you don't have a set of recovery kit,

Here's what you need to know about ordering a set of recovery media: Click here Or else you can contact our HP support team to order a set of recovery media for your PC.

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
