Every time I sign in my account has reset with no data.

LAPTOP-KRO1P0FD

My Hp windows 10 laptop has two accounts of which I am the ‘administrator’. Every time I sign into my account, all data and memory seems to have refreshed and it’s like I’m signing in for the first time every time. All my games and apps are still on their but they have no previous data of me playing and they also have to be set up again. I’ve lost all my files but I eventually found them after digging in another file that I could not access called ‘wow’ (I’m not sure if that’s relevant). It says I’m logged onto a temporary account and I’ve had to verify my account every time to see if it does anything. The other account on the laptop is completely fine with everything in tact and yet it was only made a few month ago? I’m just not sure where to start to find a solution. Thank you.
